  • A comprehensive introduction to the AI landscape, emphasizing its potential to transform HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and workforce analytics.

  • Engage your team in a gap analysis exercise to assess their current HR practices, identify areas for improvement, and explore how the SIMPLE framework can help you achieve more efficient and data-driven HR processes.

  • We’ll guide you and your team in selecting a specific HR task, such as candidate screening or employee sentiment analysis, and encourage them to outline the available data, including resumes, employee surveys, or performance reviews, that can be used for AI implementation.

  • Learn how to use AI to build a culture based around reward and recognition and create self-service chatbots and FAQ’s.

  • Practice using AI as a data analyst to optimise career paths, measure employee engagement and rapidly drive L&D initiaties.

  • Engage in a group discussion wth other participants to reflect on your experiences and collaboratively develop an action plan for fostering a culture of AI curiosity and integrating AI into their existing HR processes to achieve outcomes such as reduced hiring bias, increased employee retention, and more informed decision-making.
